Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — simply and fairly. Please read below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? We've got you covered. Here's exactly how our exchange process works:

Contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, along with what you'd like instead.

Pay the flat $19.99 exchange fee. We will then send you a prepaid return label — simply print it, pack your item securely, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll ship your new item out promptly.

Please note: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you'd like to return an item for a refund or cancel your order, here's how it works:

Order not yet shipped

Simply contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your order number. A $20.00 cancellation fee will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No return needed.

Order already shipped or received

Contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right at absolutely no cost to you.

No fees. No hassle. Simply contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.

Wrong Item Received

We sincerely apologize if you received the wrong item. This is our mistake and we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.

No fees. No return required. Contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll ship the correct item out to you right away.

Order Never Arrived

If your order never arrives, please contact us at support@soothinghome.com so we can investigate immediately.
