I liked it so much now I placed another order. now I'm doing another order set for a chair. The stretch is unbelievable thank you don't have to fight with it to get it on.

I was so excited when I saw these covers Advertised. It saved me from buying another couch. You can see in the photo how pretty it looks and they were very easy to put on. Each piece was labeled nicely, so you know exactly where it needed to go.I can’t tell you how they wash because I haven’t washed them yet, but I’m very happy with the quality. Especially for the price I paid. This alone I would’ve given a five star rating. But Customer Service was a zero star rating. I didn’t realize that it was coming from China and it took over three months to get to me. after one month I asked where my shipment was and they said they were Going to expedite my order to the top of their list. Couple weeks went by still didn’t hear anything so I told them I wanted a refund and wanted to cancel my order. I did this a few times, I was ignored and said again they were going to expedite my order. It should not take three months in 2026 to receive an order even if it’s coming from China . I feel Customer Service just kept putting me off. So five Star Rating for the seat covers and the quality for what I paid. a zero star rating for Customer Service this is why I rated a three.
I now want back cushions
These covers are extending the life our our "dog couch" our very small dog spends most of her day on the back cushion of the couch. She loves the new soft covers.
I've had my sofa covers for several months now and am very very happy with them! I can't understand why we all used to sit on dirty sofas for years at a time, when we could have had these! They are so easy to wash and put back on! I have them in the living room but I also have them on my porch. Now I am hoping that Soothing Home will put out some patterned covers that can be mixed and matched with the solids for some interesting contrast!

There are good for coverage and preventing dogs and kids from staining your couch cushions! They are not spill proof though !! I could tell right when I open the package there is no reinforcement backing on the cover. They do fit good and protect your couch from animals hair and kids messes!

My only complaint is that I didn’t discover these covers sooner. What a game changer for my couch. The seat covers fit perfectly and stay put unlike previous covers and throws I always needed to adjust. They’re super easy to take on and off. But most importantly, my dogs love them. Material is durable yet soft. Couldn’t be happier.

So thrilled with these covers and the arm protectors! I ordered the coffee color for my off-white/light oatmeal colored sofa. The color blends very well as you can see!! And the material is so soft. So easy to apply them. And as you can also see the reason for ordering laying on the upper left corner of the sofa, my Jack Russell Terrier, Buddy Holley. He loves to “perch” on the back of this couch and stare out the front door window or the living room window while on “puppy patrol” of the neighborhood happenings. Looks like we are both happy with this purchase!
I couldn't be more pleased with the seat covers I received yesterday. Good quality fabric, easy to put on, no wrinkles. My only wish is that they came in Black as that is the color I really needed. Hoping this review may prompt the company to add Black as I would buy another set. I think others might, too.
These are amazing! So easy to put on and keep up I would buy these again .....and it helps safe your furniture from the dogs or cats. Buy buy buy .....
I have been trying for a six weeks to get the remaining missing items from my order - 2 Back Covers in Dark Grey. At first customer service claimed to have contacted the warehouse to expedite the missing items. Now they are ignoring my requests for updates.
I wish I could show a video. But like many others I have not received my product. You took my money in February 2026, it’s now August 2026. I sent 2 customer service request and have not had one response. Going to my VISA company to see if I can get my charge reversed.
I ordered sofa covers in November of 2025. I have still not received the product. After waiting a couple months and still no date available I was asked if I wanted a refund. I requested this refund in February of 2026 and have still not received that. I have tried working with customer service to see if another product might be available since my refund has never been issued and get no where with that either.
I ordered a light sage green and got an ugly yellow. Took forever to get the products which arrived horribly packed and didn't have enough pieces to cover a full couch and chaise lounge. Very cheaply made with poor quality materials. Don't waste your money
You can get my first order from back in April to me before asking me to order more. I don’t trust your company. If I had actually something in my hands to look at or review, I probably would have given it a better score.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! FRAUD ALERT 🚨I waited over 2 months for my covers and customer service just keep saying they were “escalating” my order and nothing ever happened. I asked for refund and I still haven’t received it and it’s been 2 weeks since the 2 Months and they still say they are reviewing it. I bought these same covers from pets and home and received them within 2 weeks. Stay away from this company!

I had bought this product in the past and been pleased with it. When a sale was offered I ordered a new set of covers. That was over a month ago and I have received nothing but empty assurances that they were looking into the matter. They are very quick to charge my credit card. Lets see if they can refund my money just as quickly. The order was placed over a month ago.
I purchased 2 sets of sofa covers on the 13th of March, it's now the 6th of May and I have not received them. The company responds to my inquiries with their understanding, but I still have not received them.
Customer service is awful or nonexistent! I have been trying to get a refund since Oct 2025; I finally got it today 4/22/2026! You can't call and talk to real person, you have to deal with email only. I had an enormous amount of back and forth emails without any results.....only "promises.
I ordered Dec 5, 2025. Today is April 21, 2026. I have NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I email them and ask and I get the same answers. They are looking into it. They will get back to me. Their stock is replenished and they will check on my order. Blah blah blah. Scammers!
I ordered covers December 20, 2025. Now almost 4 months later, I have no product. Never shipped. I have been inquiring since about a month, trying to give grace. Now I have been requesting a return for 2 months, and have had no luck. I caution you when ordering this product. I had higher hopes and was looking forward to having these for my couches.
I ordered my covers right before the tariffs started. And I never got them. You charged my card and got your money and then just sent emails full of excuses. Always promises that my order would be coming soon. Then the emails stopped. You just want to forget. But I didn’t. I’ll tell everyone what a cheap lousy scam you are. The product is fine but took way too long to be delivered
Absolutely terrible. I ordered my couch covers at the end of Nov. 2025. By Dec. 28, 2025 my order still hadn't been shipped. No one could tell me what the hold up was or how long I would have to wait, so I cancelled my order. The cancellation was immediate, but 6 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. My emails are always met with the same cookie cutter response from Chelsea, this is very important to us, I'll check into it and get back to you. But no one gets back to me. I tried to call their customer support and I'm just directed back to email. So at this point, they've just stolen my money. Use AMAZON everyone!
I placed my order the first of December and still have not received it Even placed a 2nd order to see if that would help and nothing. I have e-mail from you all saying you are working on it but that is a month old. So people be careful.
I LOVE the look and they seem to hold up in the wash. They are NOT waterproof so expect that if you have a dog that drools the spit will get through it fairly quickly. We also noticed that no matter how often we wash them (about once a week) they seem to have dog smell cling to them - and it is recommended no lysol laundry or fabric softener. The smell is pretty atrocious. I wish they would be more water resistant and be able to maintain a better smell. I also wish we could dry them in a dryer. Overall- I cannot believe how much I spent for two sets of these for a very mediocre product that has not really solved my issues. The towels I had on before slid, but they were thicker and actually protected my couch better.
I gave you a 3 because it has been a couple of months since I ordered my recliner covers so it would match my couch but I still have not received them yet even though you got your money a while back. I don’t hear any updates until I ask about them even though I just ask to be kept up to date on them
Send them to me. Ordered 6 months ago. I haven't received them. You tell me you will send them to me, 3 times still haven't received them. Asked for my money back. Won't do that either. Either send them to me or give my money back

Would like to be able to give a review but it’s quickly approaching two months and I have yet to receive my three couch cushion covers. I realize with the holidays things can be delayed, but when I receive the exact same canned email on November 22 and again today, 1-1-26, just makes a person wonder if I’m ever going to receive my order.
I would love to show you a video but I still have not received my order placed on 10/31/25. However they charged my card $244 and keep telling me 15-20 days. It has been 3 months. Don’t buy from these people. I am still trying to get my money back.
